Early 19th Century American Fire Mark By The Green Tree Insurance Company
This wonderful, early 19th century, American cast iron fire mark was issued by the Mutual Insurance company, Philadelphia, between 1808 and 1829. known as the “Green Tree Insurance Company,” this is the third variant of four different ones cast.
