Victorian Original Painted Pine Travelling Dog Box Bed Crate

A really wonderful, mid 19th century, English Country House travelling box or crate for a dog. The top with the inscription ' Hon Mr Holford Gillingham Station L.S.W.R.' to one side and ' Valuable Live Dog' to the other, a wonderful piece of social history.
