A delightful, English Country House, carved stone pedestal, in the classical style, for displaying a term, bust or statue in the garden. Dating from the mid 18th century, this pedestal has moulded panels around the top, above a boldly carved fluted border, the body elegantly tapers to a step moulded base, Georgian design at its most simple and best.
