A wonderful set of five original painted armchairs, George III style circa 1900. Each chair with a different depiction of a putti or cherub, painted garrya swags and paterea, retaining a wonderful depository label of Archer Cowley and Co Ltd, Removals and Warehousing, Oxford, stamped Lord Harcourt. All in good condition, paintwork naturally worn and weathered. Sold as two pairs and one single.
